A few words about us
First and formost we are players just like you. You marker does you no good sitting broken in your gear bag or "in the shop" WAITING to be repaired.
Many of the markers we work on are repaired, tuned, and shipped back out the day we recieve them. We are not the manfacturer or a paintball store who has a backlog of markers to repair. MArker repair and tuning is all we do. ( Except for kicking a little but on the field.)
We have the parts you need on hand and ready to place in your marker. The sooner you have a woking marker back in your hands the happier we are. If we do need to wait for a part you'll be the first to know so we can work out some options.
How It Works
- Field Drop off and Pickup Some of the fields we work with are open all year and some just during the warmer months and on the weekends (yes we work weekends). Just drop off your marker and we will pick it up the same day when the field calls us. You can also give us a call and let us know in case the field is busy and cant get to the phone for hours. We find communication is key in getting your marker back to you quickly.

- Shipping us your marker Give us a call and let us know what is going on with your marker and what you need. Together we will determine the best couse of action. If you want to send it in to get fixed we will give you an address to ship to. We reccommend insuring your maker and requiring a signature. As soon as we recieve it. We will troubleshoot the marker and contact you (e-mail or Phone) with out diagnoses. If approved we get to work right away and get it back to you ASAP. You are responsible for shipping charges both ways. EXACT shipping charges for sending the marker back to you will be added to your repair total. If Dropped at a field no shipping charges apply.
